Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with Ooh Bespoke, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Personalised Products
All personalised products are made to your individual specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or an error has been made by Ooh Bespoke.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Wedding stationery
- Wedding signage
- Personalised gifts
- Engraved items
- Vinyl decals
- Printed products
This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. Proof Approval
Where a proof is provided, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully check every aspect before approving it for production.
Please ensure all of the following are correct:
- Names
- Spellings
- Dates
- Times
- Venue details
- Wording
- Colours
- Fonts
- Layout
- Any other personalised information
By approving your proof, you confirm that you are happy with the design and all of its contents.
Once a proof has been approved, production will begin. Ooh Bespoke cannot accept responsibility for any errors that have been approved by the customer. Any replacement products required due to customer-approved errors may be offered at a discounted rate, entirely at the discretion of Ooh Bespoke.
4. Print Only Service
For customers using our print-only service, files should ideally be supplied as a high-resolution, flattened PDF. This helps ensure fonts, images and formatting print correctly.
If you are unsure how to export your artwork as a flattened PDF, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.
Files supplied in alternative formats may be accepted, however Ooh Bespoke cannot guarantee that fonts, layouts, transparencies or colours will print as intended.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will print the artwork exactly as supplied and do not proofread or amend customer files.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- The correct page size has been used.
- Images are high resolution.
- Fonts have been embedded or flattened.
- Bleed and margins have been included where required.
- Colours are suitable for print.
5. Colours
We make every effort to accurately reproduce colours across all products.
Please note that colours displayed on mobile phones, tablets and computer monitors may differ from the final printed product due to differences in screen calibration, printers, inks and materials.
Minor colour variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.
6. Natural Materials
Products made from natural materials such as wood, slate and acrylic may contain natural variations including grain, knots, texture and slight colour differences. These are natural characteristics and are not faults.
7. Product Sizes
Product dimensions are shown within each listing. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct size before ordering.
8. Lead Times
Our standard production time is 1–3 weeks, depending on the time of year and current order volumes.
During busy periods, including peak wedding season and Christmas, lead times may be longer.
If your order is required by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
9. Wedding & Event Orders
Customers are responsible for ordering in sufficient time before their wedding or event.
If your event is taking place within four weeks of ordering, we strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing so we can confirm whether we are able to meet your required timescale.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any damage, missing items or incorrect products must be reported within 3 working days of the parcel being marked as delivered.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of both the packaging and the item(s).
Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
11. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Ooh Bespoke cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, postal disruption or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Lost Parcels
Should a parcel be lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate the matter.
Replacement or refund will only be issued once the courier has confirmed that the parcel has been lost.
13. Cancellations
As personalised products are made specifically to your requirements, orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started or personalised materials have been ordered.
If you wish to cancel an order before production has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
14. Customer Artwork & Copyright
By supplying photographs, logos, artwork or other content, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them.
Ooh Bespoke accepts no responsibility for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied files.
15. Photography
Unless requested otherwise before production begins, Ooh Bespoke reserves the right to photograph completed products and use these images for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media and printed promotional material.
Personal information such as addresses, telephone numbers and contact details will never be shared.
16. Intellectual Property
All artwork, layouts, product designs, templates and concepts created by Ooh Bespoke remain the intellectual property of Ooh Bespoke unless otherwise agreed in writing.
They may not be copied, reproduced, altered or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
