1. Order Processing and Lead Times

1.1 All personalised and custom-made items are made to order. As such, please allow a lead time of approximately 1–3 weeks for manufacturing before dispatch.

1.2 Lead times may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and material availability. Any estimated dispatch dates provided are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

1.3 If you require your order sooner than the standard lead time, please contact us at sales@oohbespoke.co.uk prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.



2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

2.1 Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using a reputable courier or postal service. Delivery times and options will be displayed at checkout.

2.2 Delivery timeframes are in addition to the manufacturing lead time stated above.

2.3 Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) within the UK are typically:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

2.4 Ooh Bespoke is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, postal service, customs clearance, or events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays).



3. Shipping Fees

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location, shipping method, and order weight.

3.2 Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

3.3 From time to time, promotional offers such as free shipping may be available and will be clearly advertised on our Website.



4. Delivery Address and Responsibility

4.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

4.2 We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4.3 Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.



5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

5.1 If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@oohbespoke.co.uk and include your order number. We will investigate the issue with the courier.

5.2 If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

5.3 In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and items.



6. International Shipping

6.1 We currently only within the UK.
